Dried Floral Pumpkins
Join me in the drying barn/farm shop to create a uniqie piece of Autumn decor. Using our own Lumina pumpkins and dried flowers, we will craft a beautiful dried floral-topped pumpkin, which will last through Thanksgiving! So much fun to make!

Wreathmaking- Fresh Eucalyptus & Dried Flowers
We will be creating a hand-tied wreath with mixed varieties of fresh eucalyptus and dried flower accents. It will air dry naturally and mixes well with many decor styles. Keeping it indoors is recommended to preserve color longer. Please bring your preferred hand pruners to the workshop..

Wreathmaking - Holiday Edition
Join us in the drying barn/farm shop to create a unique Holiday wreath. You will handcraft on a reusable grapevine base with a fragrant mix of greens, berries, dried flowers & bits from Nature, cut and harvested just days before. Seasonal snacks, materials and guidance are included in the cost. Please bring your preferred hand pruners. $65 per person. Registration cut off is November 23rd, 2026.

While we’re getting ready for the festival, the nursery is already waking up! We’re currently seeing beautiful blooms on our Hellebores and our collector Conifers will be arriving soon! If you can’t make it to Ladew, feel free to browse some of our offerings and reserve for pickup at our nursery in Airville, PA.

Ready to get your hands dirty? Join us at the nursery during our Spring Awakening event on April 25th , 2026 at 3pm! We’re celebrating Spring by building beautiful, custom living centerpieces using lush ferns, begonias, and seasonal blooms.
When: April 25th at 3pm.
Where: Cedar Farm & Nursery 28 Good Road in Airville
What: Design, plant, and take home your own living art.
Why: Ferns and Begonias are perfect partners! They prefer partial to full shade, have unique textures that complement each other and are relatively easy to care for! This would be a unique piece for porch or patio or to give as a gift!

As a licensed horticulturist, I'll be teaching you how to select the best soil for these shade-lovers and how to transition your centerpiece into your garden once the season changes!

Private Terrarium Workshop
Join me in the farm shop at the nursery and create your own terrarium for your home or office, or to give as a thoughtful, living gift. A beautiful glass vessel, planting materials, plants and hands on instruction are all provided. Gardening season doesn’t have to end in the Winter! Having plants indoors during this cold time of year boosts your mood and helps to improve indoor air quality. Learn tips and tricks to keep your creation thriving for years to come! The cost is $55 per attendee.
